APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The TPC upgrade will fail if customer does following:
  a. Install TPC 4.x with custom DB2 schema (something other
  than "TPC")
     b. Migrate it to 5.1.0
     c. Upgrade again to 5.1.1
  
  Upgrade will fail at step c with:
  DB2 SQL  exception: DB2 SQL
  Error: SQLCODE=-454, SQLSTATE=42723,
  SQLERRMC=TPC.EPOCH_TO_TS.

  This will be listed in the known issues and limitations
  technote for TPC 5.1.1.
  

Local fix

• Work with IBM Support to get a script file to execute before
  step c where TPC is upgraded from 5.1.0 to 5.1.1.
