IC84068: CANNOT RUN R4GL BECAUSE OF MISSING SYMBOL IFX_RSTRDTIME

Error description

• You attempt to run r4gl and receive the following message:
  
  $ r4gl
  
  exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program r4gl because of the
  following
  errors:
  
  rtld: 0712-001 Symbol ifx_rstrdtime was referenced
  
        from module r4gl(), but a runtime definition
  
        of the symbol was not found.
  
  rtld: 0712-002 fatal error: exiting.
  
  The above error message can occur if you install IBM Informix
  4GL RDS version 7.50.xC6 in the same directory with IBM Informix
  Online Dynamic Server version 11.70.xC5.  The reason the error
  occurs is because 4GL 7.50.xC6 is built with IBM Informix Client
  SDK version 3.70.xC4.  IDS version 11.70.xC5 is bundled with
  CSDK 3.70.xC5 and gets installed by default unless you unselect
  it.  The symbol 'ifx_rstrdtime' is removed from CSDK 3.70.xC5.
  

Local fix

• There are 2 ways to workaround this issue:  1)  Install 4GL and
  IDS in separate directories or 2)  Install 4GL and IDS in the
  same directory however unselect CSDK as part of the IDS install.
