Error description

• CSSMTP rejects all emails on JES spool after the apply of the
  new function PTF UK96294/PM92166 to monitor virtual storage
  usage. CSSMTP might issue the following error message:
  
   EZD1813I jobname jesjobname / jesjobid ON wrtname COMPLETED
              WITH ERRORS. SPOOL FILE DISPOSITION IS HOLD
