PH14105: AFTER APPLYING PTF UI63681 (APAR PH09448) THE START OF THE REPLICATION ENGINE RESULTS IN REPLICATION STATUS "ERROR"

Error description

• After applying PTF UI63681 (APAR PH09448) the start of the
  Replication Engine fails for existing subscriptions accompanied
  by the following symptoms:
  IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator Studio shows Replication Status
  "Error".
  An IDAA trace shows the following error message:
  "...main 1ü com.datamirror.ts.engine.ReplicationExecutive
  startup() The error value is " | CdcKeyStore_AliasNotFound
  ...
  <86>com.datamirror.ts.assertion.NecessityException
  The error value is " | CdcKeyStore_AliasNotFound | ..."
  .
  Subscriptions defined after installation of PTF UI63681 for APAR
  PH09448 are not affected.
  

Local fix

• Restore a backup of the metadata and downgrade both Access
  server (AS) and Replication Engine (RE) to maintenance level
  UI61021 (AS) and UI61020 (RE).
