This advisory service program pairs you with an assigned team who builds a foundational understanding of your overall environment. Through that understanding, the trusted partner works to facilitate faster deployment, lifecycle leadership, risk mitigation, and more by identifying ways to improve your environment, staff skill set, and processes.
 
This essential service is a client partnership, that delivers a proactive, cost-reducing, and productivity enhancing advisory software service.  
Note: 

• The product version must not yet have reached its end-of-support date. See the WebSphere product lifecycle dates for more information
• This program is available only as add-on to basic support through the IBM Passport Advantage program
• IBM Software products covered by the Accelerated Value Program: Software Accelerated Value Program product families.  The WebSphere product list is below.

 

Eligible Software for WebSphere Accelerated Value Offering

List of products includes the following:

• Links to support pages.  When there are separate support pages for operating systems, links are provided in parenthesis
• When a support page covers multiple products, they are noted as a family
• When a product is superseded, a comment identifies the replacement product
