Conference admittance includes: Conference education and training, all General Sessions and content sessions, Monday breakfast, lunch and evening reception, Tuesday breakfast, lunch and evening event and Wednesday and Thursday breakfast and lunch. Business Partner Day is included for Business Partners only.
- Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations submitted by Friday, January 24, 2014, your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded less $200 per person cancellation fee.
- For cancellations before March 14, 2014, 50% of your pre-paid conference registration fees will be refunded
- No refund of conference registration fee available for cancellations after March 14, 2014.
No refunds will be made for no shows. No shows may also incur a charge for one night's hotel room rate if hotel accommodations are not cancelled in advance.

Conference hotel accommodations at the The Venetian and Palazzo Hotels are limited and are on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Hotel Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival in order to avoid a penalty of one night's room and tax. Cancellations made before April 6, 2014 can be done via the website or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellations made after April 6, 2014 must be made directly with the hotel.
