In the course you will learn to monitor Lombardi process execution, perform basic configuration and advanced and use Lombradi security provider to define and manage user authorization and authentication.

After completing the course you will have developed skills to proactively monitor Lombardi process execution and perform basic configuration; understand how Teamworks interacts with the components of its application stack in order ensure optimal configuration; define and manage user authorization and authentication using the Lombardi security provider.

This one day course teaches core product skills and best practice methods required to analyze and improve business processes using IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition. Learn to leverage Lombardi to define and track metrics such as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and to evaluate the performance of your existing business processes to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies using historical data inside the Optimizer.

This three day course teaches advanced skills and proven best practice methods for architecting, designing and building a complex process solution. Balance requirements for functionality, usability, performance and maintainability while integrating disparate systems and data sources. Build processes that incorporate rich user interactivity without sacrificing end-user response time. Extend process visibility beyond direct process participants by including dashboards that expose real-time productivity and historical performance trends to line managers and executives. Perform manipulations/updates to in-flight task and instance data when building process applications that have sophisticated run-time interdependencies.

This 2-hour self-paced online course uses a mixture of narrative, simulated sessions and hands on exercises, to instruct participants in how to get started with process mapping. The student will learn how to organize a process mapping project for success and how to conduct effective mapping sessions using Blueprint.
