Overview
WebSphere Transaction Cluster Facility (WTCF) is a transaction and datastore facility that can be used by distributed programs.
WTCF is designed for applications that have large, centralized databases with frequent read and update requirements where data is not easily partitioned and must be globally consistent.
- Conveniently packaged with DB2, DB2 pureScale, and WebSphere Application Server.
- Provides object-oriented interfaces for application development (C++ and Java).
