In 2009 we are very excited to have expanded our Premium Services offerings to cater for the support needs of the broadest possible range of businesses and organisations.
Whether you are a global multinational corporation or a small to medium business, we have a carefully thought out, highly cost effective support offering that will provide you with the expertise and assistance you need when you need it, allowing you to get the maximum value from your Lotus and WebSphere Portal software.
On this site you will find an independent Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) report (PDF, 178KB) that really demonstrates the extensive value and return on investment that Premium Services customers have achieved. This is something that customers have been asking of us for some time, so we are delighted to now be able to provide it.
One key aspect that should not be overlooked, is that Premium Service customers are part of a community - a community where we actively encourage participation, and the sharing of experiences that extends the traditional customer/vendor support relationship in to a more effective and unique "extended network".
An important element to this community is the UK Premium Support Seminar, which since its inception in 2007 has proven to be the perfect networking opportunity for our customers. It's a great forum to meet and learn from IBMers and other Premium Service customers as well as our software and services partners.
