We'd like to thank everyone who made Pulse Comes to You 2010 in London such a success. This year's event was packed with nearly 500 visitors and most sessions were standing room only.

The event demonstrated how Integrated Service Management links business and IT, to deliver quality services, manage cost and risk and increase competitiveness for a smarter planet.

All facets of service management were covered – automation, virtualisation and cloud computing; storage management, enterprise asset management and of course security, with many clients sharing their real life experiences of delivering business value with these solutions.
