On 19th May at Mercedes-Benz World, Weybridge, 'PULSE' came to the UK.
Delegates representing industries and companies from across the UK had the opportunity to hear from inspirational customer and IBM speakers, each an expert in their own field, in this recreation of the now legendary Las Vegas event.
The objective for the day was to help businesses understand how to survive and thrive in today's difficult environment, through more effective use of technology, and to demonstrate how IBM service management solutions can help.
With a keynote speech from Laura Sanders, Vice President, Tivoli Development, and a variety of customers who shared their own experiences, there was plenty to keep delegates thinking on their fast lap around the Mercedes-Benz track. Quentin Willson then regaled the audience with stories of his 25 years in the motor industry, which left everyone to go home hopefully better informed, more relaxed, and ready to tackle their everyday issues once back in the office.
