On 20th October 2008 at Mercedes-Benz World, Weybridge, the IBM Service Management World Tour arrived in the UK.
Delegates representing industries and companies from across the UK had the opportunity to hear from inspirational customer and IBM speakers, each an expert in their own field.
The brief for the day was to provide insight into how to effectively articulate the benefits of Service Management to your business, how companies are managing business challenges today, and how IBM solutions can help.
With a keynote speech and six subject streams on the agenda, there was much to keep everyone thinking hard throughout the day until our celebrity speaker, "The Stig", changed the mood and entertained us all with his stories from motor racing.
