IDC Public Sector Dinner and Debate sponsored by IBM

Are you, like many others, suffering from transformation fatigue? Is the intensity of change in your organisation overwhelming? Do you feel as though you are drowning in a sea of change requests? How can you simplify and reduce the risk associated with transformation and develop a blueprint of your organisation, crystallise the priorities and regain control?

More information

As the rate of change continues to accelerate, it’s no surprise that public sector executives are frustrated with the domino effect of multiple change requests. The result is often a serious misalignment of processes, strategy and technology. Without a clear view of your business operations you can’t understand how major or even minor changes will affect your organisation and workload. A blueprint that helps you to visualise all of the many inter-dependencies and inter-relationships in your organisation would definitely help you to crystallise priorities.

As the inevitable result of changes in public sector spending come into play; headcount will drop, resources will shrink and costs will be severely scrutinised. How will you prioritise IT investments to support organisational goals, improve risk management associated with transformation, turn strategy into execution and measure the results?

IDC and IBM are delighted to invite you to join us on 16th September where you will have the opportunity to dine with public sector executives and debate the importance of business architecture in reducing the risks of organisational change.

However, ensuring that the process is secure, personalised, accessible and compliant continues to be a real challenge when faced with legacy systems and the pressure to reduce costs.

More information

IDC and IBM are delighted to invite you 17 September 2009, to an executive dinner and debate at the Hotel Andaz, where you will join other senior executives from the financial services sector to discuss their actual challenges and best practices in customer self service.
