This year an independent Paper Selection Committee comprised of IBM customers, Business Partners, Associations and IBM industry experts has been formed to ensure the development of a world class, compelling Conference agenda that is relevant for both a technical and business audience.

The Paper Selection Committee is responsible for reviewing all paper submissions and their recommendations are based upon sessions that are key and topical for the EMEA market. Their focus is to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities for those involved in sectors such as: Financial Services, Insurance, Government, Utilities, Retail, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and Telecommunications.

In addition, a priority for the Paper Selection Committee are papers that best showcase the value of Information On Demand, particularly as delivered by:

• Business Intelligence and Performance Management
• Data Management
• Enterprise Content Management
• Data Warehouse, Data Integration and Data Quality (InfoSphere)

Feedback from last year’s Information On Demand EMEA Conference held in The Hague, which indicated a high-level of interest in customer case-study presentations, is an important factor for this year’s programme. Therefore, sessions that demonstrate best practices and show how organisations are gaining real business value through the implementation of an Information On Demand strategy will be included.
