All registration fees are subject to 19% German VAT and are subject to the conditions listed below.

Multiple Passes

If you wish to purchase multiple passes you will receive a 20% discount for 5 or more passes. Please contact the IBM IOD EMEA Registration Team on iodemea@eventreg.com or call them on +44 20 8879 2429 to arrange payment for multiple passes and to gain your registration promotional code for your group to register for the event.

IBM Attendees

All IBM attendees will be charged a standard fee of €1350 + 19%VAT to attend the Conference. This rate is applicable for all registration periods. IBM attendees should register in the normal way via the registration site, once they have received all appropriate approvals to attend the event.

Guest Pass

Guest passes can be purchased on-site at the main registration desk.

The Guest Pass gives full access to the Welcome Reception (Wednesday) and the External Party (Thursday) at €250 + VAT

Important Information

• All rates above are in European Euros and are subject to 19% VAT
• If your company is not required to pay VAT, please provide a formal proof of exemption; please note this will then be referred to our VAT official
• Hotel accommodation and flights are NOT included in the Conference fee
• Please note the Conference cancellation policy:
  • Until 1 May 2009:
    • Full Refund
    • Subject to a €100 processing fee
  • After 1 May 2009: No Refund
  • All cancellations must be received in writing to the IBM IOD EMEA Registration Team
• Please note that substitutions must be made in writing to the IBM IOD EMEA Registration Team, with the names of both the original and substitute registrant. Any balance due will automatically be transferred to the substitute.
• Hotel cancellations after 1 May 2009 will be subject to the hotel cancellation policy and you may be liable for the full cost of your stay. This also applies to “no shows”. To cancel, provide your registration confirmation number and reason for cancelling in an e-mail to: iodemea@eventreg.com
• Please note that 15 May 2009 is the final date for receiving payment for all those paying by invoice.
