The Information On Demand EMEA 2009 Conference offers a comprehensive agenda to help you unlock the business value of your enterprise information and infrastructure. This year an independent Paper Selection Committee (PSC), comprised of IBM customers, Business partners and industry experts will assist in developing an interesting and exciting agenda which will contain two tracks - Business Leadership and Technical. Delegates will be able to Create their own Agenda covering a range of different sessions and activities including: Keynote Presentations, Breakout Sessions from either the Business Leadership Track or the Technical Skill Building Track and One to One meetings with IBM executives

The Business Leadership Track is designed specifically for corporate executives, IT managers and key decision makers from leading organisations within EMEA. This programme has been expanded to include more sessions covering a wider range of topics of interest to business leaders, including overall business performance, customer service compliance and governance issues related to proper management of content and data, covering the following industries:
