ARMONK. N.Y., February 16, 2010 – IBM (NYSE: IBM) today announced it has acquired Intelliden,a privately held provider of network solutions with headquarters in Menlo Park, California. Intelliden's network change management technology and expertise complements and strengthens the IBM Integrated Service Management portfolio. Intelliden solutions manage the operational lifecycle of heterogeneous network devices and help Communication Service Providers and Enterprises accelerate the delivery and enhance quality of next generation services. Intelliden will become part of the IBM Tivoli Network and Service Assurance portfolio.
