Tivoli software is a strong supporter of our User Communities
Through these groups, customers have the ability to network with other users and the opportunity to learn more about products. From these groups, Tivoli learns how customers use our products, how we can improve them and, most importantly, the technical and business problems you face every day. All this data helps Tivoli shape the product offerings, support and maintenance so they provide the most benefit to the customer. That’s one reason why Tivoli experts and executives attend local Tivoli User Group meetings whenever possible.
Tivoli supports the User Group community by providing:
- IBM/Tivoli product and support experts along with executives to speak at local meetings
