This year's conference will have an increased focus on education, featuring more client speakers than 2009 and offering networking opportunities and deep-dive technical education in Service Management. Upon acceptance of your proposal, we will send you a letter of acknowledgement including guidelines to help you prepare your presentation. Your paper may be published in the Pulse 2010 proceedings and you will have the opportunity to present as part of the formal agenda. All accepted client speaker submissions will receive a full conference pass* ($1,995 value) and admission to our on-site VIP client lounge.

*Government employees are strongly encouraged to submit proposals for presentation at Pulse. However, government employees are not eligible to receive complimentary attendance to Pulse if selected to present. Government regulations prohibit direct or indirect offers to and the acceptance of gifts to GOE client employees or their families.
Paper Requirements
Presentations will be 60 minutes each and will include time for Q&A. Your proposal should include a presentation title and a well written abstract of approximately 100 words that reflects a well- organized, well-written description of what the presentation will cover.
