Conference Substitution Policy:

Cancellation Policy:
Prepaid conference registration fees will be fully refunded less $200/person for cancellations before December 16, 2011. For cancellations before February 3, 2012, 50% of prepaid conference registration fees will be refunded. Conference registration fees will not be refunded for cancellations after February 3, 2012.
