Business Justification
To help justify travel expenses to your company, complete the Pulse Business Justification letter and share it with your .management. We encourage you to submit your proposal to present even if you haven't received travel expense approval. Submitting a proposal does not obligate you to attend Pulse.

Conference substitution policy
Please contact Pulse Conference Customer Service by sending an email to pulse pulse@maritztravel.com or by calling 847-996-5877 or 800-650-6870. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. CST.
Cancellation Policy:
For cancellations before December 14, 2012, prepaid conference registration fees will be fully refunded less $200/person cancellation fee. For cancellations before January 31, 2013, 50% of prepaid conference registration fees will be refunded. No refund of conference registration fee available for cancellations after January 31, 2013.
