However, because some government regulations prohibit direct or indirect offers to and the acceptance of gifts to the Government Owned Entity clients employees or their families, government employees may not be eligible to receive a free pass to Pulse.

Speakers in the following session types qualify for the waiver: General session, Breakout session, Birds-of-a-Feather session, Panel session, Round Table session, User Group session. Expo Theater session (* exception: Business Partner speakers who can use the waiver included in their sponsorship package toward the expo theatre speaking session).
  • The waiver is not transferable.
  • We will inform the speaker about the waiver status and any other documentation that may be required.
  • The conference registration waiver allows admission to all conference meals, education sessions, Solution Expo, networking events and programs Sunday evening through Wednesday.

  • Only one waiver per company per session is available for a non-IBM speaker. If both a client and a Business Partner are speaking in a session, both speakers will receive the waiver.
