Service management

The service management function provides the monitoring and management of message flows at the services layer. It provides content-rich views that provide easy drill-down to the related supporting infrastructure components to identify the source of bottleneck or failure. ITCAM for SOA Platform monitors a wide variety of metrics on a large number of application server runtime environments and enterprise services buses (including IBM WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus (WESB), IBM WebSphere DataPower SOA Appliance, and IBM WebSphere Message Broker). With integrated management of mediations in WESB , ITCAM for SOA Platform enables IT Operations to have greater control of services in a production environment.
