In the 2-day IBM Tivoli Netcool Customer Experience Manager (CEM) 4.1.1 Workshop, you will learn how to install a CEM service module. You will also learn how to provision the system with network and customer information and create a service level objective (SLO).

After completing this course, you should be able to:

  • Install a Customer Experience Manager (CEM) Service Solution.
  • Configure the Process Manager (sapmgr) to manage the CEM processes.
  • Provision managed service components and customer relationship management (CRM) data.
  • Create a service level objective (SLO).
  • Manage CEM users.
  • Use the CEM file formats and generate sample data.
  • Navigate the CEM GUI.
  • Validate the relationship between incoming data, provisioned components and CRM data, and the CEM GUI.
