Course description
NOTE: This is a live, instructor-led online course. Do not make arrangements to travel. Please see the Student Machine Requirements section for the equipment required to participate in the lectures and hands-on labs. After you are confirmed in the class you will receive further instructions to access audio, video and remote labs. Instructor-led Online US courses start at 9:00 am Central time. Please enroll at least one week prior to class start date to ensure course materials can be shipped in time.
Experience hands-on, scenario-based training for managing Enterprise assets and and IT assets. Students learn System Properties, Logging and Managing Appenders, and Organizations, Sites, and Sets through lecture, instructor demonstration, and labs. Students will use the Domains and Database Configuration applications to create and modify domains and database objects and their attributes. Students will also set up automation through cron tasks, communication templates, actions, notifications, and escalations. Additionally, students will use the Workflow designer application and modify and administer a workflow.
