This course addresses the BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools) Reporting application on IBM Tivoli solutions employing Tivoli's process automation engine.These applications include CCMDB, MAM, AMIT, and SRM. This course is designed for a hands-on, scenario-based delivery. It is designed for individuals who will need to modify or write reports for Tivoli's process automation engine. In this course, you will learn how to install and configure BIRT to access automation engine data. In addition, you will learn how to modify existing reports and create several types of reports from Tivoli's process automation engine data. Graphs, other report enhancements, report administration, and troubleshooting will also be covered.
