Learn about system administration for IBM Tivoli Netcool/Proviso Version 4.4.1. Netcool/Proviso is performance management software that provides fast network reporting suitable for trend analysis, troubleshooting, capacity planning, and Service Level Advisor (SLA) objectives. Highly customizable Web-based reports are appropriate for audiences, including network operations staff, business decision makers, and customers of service providers. The highly flexible and scaleable architecture allows for full integration into a service provider or enterprise scale Open Source Software (OSS) infrastructure. This course includes multiple opportunities for hands-on lab practice that expose you to the administration of Netcool/Proviso 4.4.1.
Objectives
Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to:

- Create, delete, import, and export Netcool/Proviso users and groups
