Course description
In this course, you will learn how to perform IBM Tivoli Netcool/Proviso administrative tasks. You will demonstrate your understanding of periodic maintenance tasks such as database operations and management, user administration, and environment monitoring through hands-on exercises. You will be able to interpret log files from all Netcool/Proviso components and to correspond log events to report data. You will increase your knowledge of Netcool/Proviso troubleshooting skills by reviewing common environment troubleshooting scenarios.

- Manage report users

- Manage Netcool/Proviso components
