IBM Support Assistant Data Collector 2.0 is a quick way for you to gather diagnostic files such as log files, configuration files
or to run traces. This is an automated data collector that is reliable, accurate and saves you time. With this new Web-enabled
collector you can simply point your browser to the Data Collector 2.0 link to begin collection without the need to download and
extract the utility. This collector can also be downloaded, extracted and run in a console mode similar to the IBM Support Assistant
Lite Data Collector 1.3. Additionally the extracted package can be run in stand-alone mode using a browser.
Please note IBM Support Assistant Data Collector 2.0 is new and only a limited number of collectors are available at this time. If the
data collector you are needing is not found in the list of Web-enabled collectors, you should then check availability for IBM Support
Assistant Lite Data Collectors from the pulldowns above. If the collector you are looking for is not available, please let us know by
