The company’s US-based and international customers include many of the world’s largest communications providers
To make the best possible decisions, business executives need a single version of the truth from information contained in software systems. Manual data entry and unsynchronized applications can create multiple versions of the truth while reducing staff productivity and inhibiting business processes.
The global media company faced this issue when it needed to integrate its Salesforce.com cloud-based CRM service with its Oracle E-Business Suite for ERP solution.
