Assembling services in an SOA

The second step to SOA is assembling services into collaborative composite applications. In many cases, a library of available services may be searched to find services that already exist within and beyond the organization. If no functionality exists, a service may be created and tested to deliver the functionality required for the business process. Once the services are available, integrate them with the required business process.
