Doing business with IBM: A guide for Green Hat customers
Transfer of business from Green Hat to IBM: Changes to business processes
IBM recently acquired Green Hat, a leading provider in software quality and testing solutions for the cloud and complex application environments. Beginning July 1, 2012, Green Hat will be conducting business as IBM.
As a customer of IBM, you’ll continue to have access to Green Hat offerings, now under the IBM brand, as well as the extensive IBM portfolio of software solutions and services offerings, while enjoying the high-quality, responsive service you’ve come to expect from both Green Hat and IBM. Most of your contacts in sales, service delivery, support and education will remain the same.
We anticipate that you and your organization will experience a smooth transition to IBM over the next several months. During this process, the IBM team and your IBM Green Hat representatives are available to answer any questions and to address your ongoing software and service needs.
The following “Doing business with IBM” guides describe changes to expect and actions needed to maximize the benefits of your relationship with IBM. Choose your applicable region: North America (USA, Canada and Bermuda); Europe, Middle East & Africa; and Asia-Pacific to view the documents.
