This new Support Toolbar has been designed by IBM specifically for existing former Telelogic Support clients to centralize the essential support pages for all your Telelogic Product Support needs. You can quickly search your choice of content across all products using the search capabilities from wherever you are on the Web. Stay informed with direct access to the Support Communications page, and find the product specific content you need from the Product button. It is fast, convenient, and provides what you are looking for- relevant results!

The IBM Telelogic Support Toolbar is being released under the "Non-Warranted" program. Review the International License Agreement for Non-Warranted Programs for more information.

Features and Benefits

As an IBM Support client, we know you desire to be self-sufficient in finding what you need when you need it. Here are some of the features:

Search field: Enter your search term(s) and hit the "Enter" key, or click the Search button for more options. By default (just hitting the "Enter" key), your search will query the Support knowledgebase.
Support button

The Support button contains the most important set of links when it comes to Software Support. Here you will find an array of information and tools that will help your online support experience.
Communications button

The Communications button will take you directly to the Communications page on the Software Support site. Here you will find an array of information regarding the transition into IBM Software Support.
Products button

The Products button contains Product menus to point you to the specific product resources. Here you will find direct access to product downloads, patches, and documentation.

Additional features:

- Search the IBM Rational (formerly Telelogic) products support knowledge base using keywords, specific error message or an exact phrase.

- Ability to browse for product downloads including Service Packs, Updates, Patches, full product installs, etc.

- Automatically notifies you when a newer version is available for download.

- Direct access to your most important Support resources.

- Locate important Support information quickly and easily.

- Updated product names to match IBM Rational naming. Added new products released after Feb 2nd, 2009.

- Points to IBM.com resources for Telelogic product support through the Rational brand.

- All Support button adds menu items pointing to key support resources on IBM.com pages. This includes Electronic Service Requests (ESR), large file transfers (EcuRep), and Passport Advantage (PA) links.

- 'Rational' button contains menu items specific to the Rational Brand support, under which Telelogic product support now falls. In other words, those tool-related resources you looked for but couldn't find....now you can. Check it out now!

- Retained links back to support.telelogic.com legacy content. This content will remain available in a read-only state until the support.telelogic.com site begins redirecting to ibm.com resources on August 29th, 2009.
