Ounce Labs support overview

Welcome to IBM Rational Software Support.

As you may know, Ounce Labs is now part of IBM Rational software. In order to help your transition to IBM systems & processes, we have developed this overview page specifically for our Ounce Labs clients.

The Ounce Labs products have undergone a name change. New versions of the products previously known as Ounce Labs will be listed under the IBM Rational brand name. You will see this change reflected in the product list table below, as well as on the new product support site.

Starting December 1, 2009, Ounce Labs clients should to log all new product and licensing issues using IBM Software Support systems.
