- For products Ada Analyzer, AXI, IBM Rational Apex (all variants), IBM Rational Summit (all variants), IBM Rational SoDA with Frame and TestMate (all variants) this information is gathered automatically by executing the get_license_info script in the install directory associated with each product. The script creates a LICENSE_INFORMATION file. This file should be sent to support to request your license keys.
- For Rose 98i Unix (and later versions) Rational has an automated system for providing product licenses to our customers. By sending an e-mail request or fax, Rational will use your account number, product selection and quantity of licenses you select to issue you an updated license file. You do this by running the rs_install command or the license_setup command from the CD-ROM directory or the rational_dir directory where you installed the release.
For further information please consult the relevant product installation guide.
