Agile Jumpstart with IBM Rational Team Concert Deployment Package
A process-driven approach to assist a development team following traditional development approaches to get an initial experience with IBM Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD) method and IBM Rational Team Concert within 9 weeks:
- Extended on-site support throughout an inception and two construction iterations (3 weeks each)
- Accelerate adoption of the following subset of DAD practices: Whole Team, Iterative Development, Release Planning, Use Stories Driven Development, Configuration Management, Continuous Build , Performance Measurement and Team Change Management by a team of up to 14 users (optionally divided into sub-teams), based on the DAD for RTC configuration
- Build expertise and experience with RTC
The Agile Jumpstart with RTC Deployment Package services include:
- Assessment and deployment planning meeting
- Installation and configuration of Rational Team Concert into your environment
- Workshops: Just-in time short duration knowledge transfer sessions to introduce team members to the DAD method and concepts and RTC tool mentors: The following individual workshop sessions are in scope:
- DAD Overview

A turnkey process-driven service offering to deploy the CLM for IT agility@scale™ process framework through execution of pre-defined activities:
- Assist customers embracing agile approaches and impacted by the following scaling factors:
- Team size - Up to 30 people divided into four functional sub-teams: project leadership team, two feature teams, and an independent test team (when applicable)
- Geographical Distribution – Up to main sites. Colocation within a sub-team.
- Enterprise Standards – conform and leverage enterprise standards. Must not be in conflict with the agile concepts and practices defined in the CLM for IT agility@scale™ process framework
- Technical and domain complexity - Complexity is such that requires full inception. However consensus on the vision by stakeholders, requirements envisioning, architecture envisioning and other inception activities can be completed in 3 weeks.
