Health assessment for software delivery
Using an analysis of your software delivery operations, you can develop a roadmap for delivery excellence that helps optimize your investments and that enables you to incrementally align your strategy with your desired business outcomes.
For the assessment, IBM gathers information using a combination of Web-based survey tools, industry benchmarking and pattern detection capabilities, workshops with your company’s key leaders, and interviews with staff members.
Health assessment for systems delivery
A health assessment for systems delivery is an independent evaluation of your systems development practices. There are two types of health assessments:
- Full health assessment. Assesses multi-project organizations, such as a line-of-business, where the numerous projects conducted within the organizational entity share common business goals.
- Express health assessment. Assesses a single project team using a single set of development practices where all key members of the team (analysts, developers, testers, and so on) are located at the same site.
