Your guest must be over the age of 19 to quality for guest packages 1, 2 or 3.

Note: Single-day passes are limited to 1 pass per customer and are limited to a single day's attendance.

Group discounts
For companies with five (5) paid attendees or more, each attendee will be eligible for a $100 discount off the registration fee. To receive a special discount code for your company's attendees, please contact the IBM Rational Software Conference customer service department before registering via email at: rsdc@experient-inc.com or by phone at (800) 650-6870 or (847) 996-5877.

Conference payment policy
In order to receive prices listed, payment must be received by deadline date. If payment is not received by deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at the next deadline price.

Education packs can be applied toward the conference fee for the IBM Rational Software Conference (RSC). This can be done simply by picking ED Pack as the payment option on the RSC registration page and entering your Ed Pack information. (This offer is applicable to US clients only.) Note: Education Packs are purchased by individuals and have specific account owners who manage these funds. The balances on these accounts may not be available for use company-wide.

Confirmation policy
Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 business days, after your completed form and payment are submitted, please call (800) 650-6870 or (847) 996-5877. To qualify for early registration fee of $1,795.00, your payment must be received before February 26, 2010.

Cancellation policy
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by May 19, 2010. Conference cancellation requests will be subject to a $100 service charge. Cancellation requests received after May 19, 2010, or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee.

Substitution policy
Substitutions for the conference will be allowed at any time. Contact customer service at (800) 650-6870 or (847) 996-5877 to request a transfer/substitution form. Complete the form and fax it to (781) 251-7850.

Lost badge policy
The full registration fee will be required to replace any lost badges, on-site.
