IBM Rational Asset Manager is offered in two editions. The Standard Edition is designed for pilot programs and entry-level SOA projects where assets and staff are geographically co-located and have access to a single, common server. Standard Edition is licensed to set of authorized users. The Enterprise Edition is designed for larger-scale, geographically distributed organizations and deployments and offers more flexible pricing, licensing, and administration with multiple servers. Enterprise Edition scales well across complex relationships between assets, owners and stakeholders. The table below provides more detail about the differences between these two editions.
