Group registration
For companies with five paid attendees or more, each attendee will be eligible for a $100 discount off the registration fee. Payment policy
In order to receive prices listed, payment must be received by deadline date. If payment is not received by deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at the next deadline price.

Confirmation policy
Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 business days, after your completed form and payment are submitted, please call +1 (800) 650-6870 or +1 (847) 996-5877.
To qualify for early registration fee of $1,695.00, your payment must be received by March 15, 2013.
Cancellation policy
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by May 10, 2013. Conference cancellation requests will be subject to a $100 service charge. Cancellation requests received after May 10, 2013, or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee.
Substitution policy
