Education packs
Education packs can be applied toward the conference fee for Innovate. This can be done simply by picking ED Pack as the payment option on the Innovate registration page and entering your Ed Pack information. (This offer is applicable to US clients only.) Additionally, you must enter credit card payment information below in case your Ed Pack# is invalid or there is not enough credit on your Ed Pack to pay your conference fee. If you have sufficient credit on your Ed Pack, we will not bill your credit card. Note: Education Packs are purchased by individuals and have specific account owners who manage these funds. The balances on these accounts may not be available for use company-wide.
Please follow the instructions in your account confirmation email to access your account and create and submit your online voucher for payment. Payment by IBM Education Pack may not be combined with any other discounts or promotions. Standard Innovate 2012 cancellation policies apply. Group registration
For companies with five (5) paid attendees or more, each attendee will be eligible for a $100 discount off the registration fee. Payment policy
In order to receive prices listed, payment must be received by deadline date. If payment is not received by deadline, attendees will be re-invoiced at the next deadline price.

Confirmation policy
Registration will not be confirmed until full payment has been received. If you do not receive confirmation within 7 business days, after your completed form and payment are submitted, please call +1 (800) 650-6870 or +1 (847) 996-5877.
To qualify for early registration fee of $1,795.00, your payment must be received by March 14, 2012.
Cancellation policy
Conference cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and received by May 25, 2012. Conference cancellation requests will be subject to a $100 service charge. Cancellation requests received after May 25, 2012, or no-shows are subject to the full registration fee.
Substitution policy
