When calling to make your reservation and to receive this special discounted rate, please state that you are attending Innovate 2012. The deadline to receive the group rate is May 16, 2012, or when the block of rooms is sold out. This rate is available to attendees 3 days pre and post conference (May 31-June 10 ) based on room availability only.

Overflow rooms for Innovate 2012 have been secured as follows: Disney’s Beach Club Resort - $229.00 per night, plus tax. Note that this hotel is within walking distance to the Swan and Dolphin. Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort - $149.00 per night, plus tax. Note that transportation to and from the Swan and Dolphin will not be provided. Reservations can be made at either of these hotels by calling 407-934-3372. and identifying yourself as attending Innovate 2012. The deadline to receive the discounted conference rate is May 7, 2012, or when the block of rooms is sold out.
Government Rooms
A limited number of government rated rooms have been reserved at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort at the special rate of $97.00 per night, plus tax. Reservations can be made by calling 407-934-3372 and identifying yourself as attending Innovate 2012. Note that a valid government id is required at check-in, in order to receive this rate. The deadline to receive the discounted rate is May 7, 2012, or when the block of rooms is sold out. Note that transportation to and from the Swan and Dolphin will not be provided.
