Reservations

A block of rooms at a discounted rate of $233 (plus applicable taxes and fees) has been reserved at the Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin, the headquarter hotel for Innovate 2013. The deadline to receive this conference rate is May 15, 2013, or when the block of rooms is sold out. This rate is also available to attendees 3 days pre and post conference (May 30 - June 9) based on availability.

The deadline to reserve rooms at Disney’s Yacht & Beach Club Resort and Disney’s Boardwalk Resort at the discounted conference rate through the IBM Innovate housing site has passed.  Beginning Tuesday, May 7th, you may contact these hotels directly at 407-939-4686 to make your reservation.  Requests for new reservations, as well as the discounted conference rate, are subject to availability.  Please note that both of these hotels are within walking distance to the Walt Disney Swan and Dolphin. No transportation will be provided.
