Nordamerika: COE - CATIA Operators Exchange

The CATIA Operators Exchange (COE) is a not for profit, professional forum dedicated to the exchange of information about CATIA and other Dassault Systemes (DS) software products among it's member companies, including users, software developers and various hardware suppliers. COE is the official IBM and Dassault Systemes recognized user group based in North America. We are governed by a Board of Directors according to our by-laws.

Membership is open to both companies that use Dassault Systemes software products (CATIA, Pro-CADAM and CADAM) and companies that provide products and/or services that are directly related to the use of DS products. Member companies pay an annual membership fee which entitles them to attend our 2 annual conferences as well as to receive our newsletters (CATIA Users Update), installation guides, and to take part in our many other activities. The COE Web Site includes lots of valuable information including technology demos, including VRML, plus a chat or newsgroup type area where CATIA users from around the world can talk about their experiences.

Frankreich: GFUC - Groupe Francophone des Utilisateurs de CATIA


Created in 1989 by PSA, Alcatel, Snecma, the French Speaking CATIA Users Association is a non profit Organization. The aims of the association are:

• to provide a forum for discussion and to exchange experiences relating to the use and the development of the CATIA software.
• to ask Dassault Systemes and IBM to undertake projects of common interest and to communicate their results.
• to work in coordination with other CATIA users associations

The GFUC has set up commissions in various subjects (numerical control, Organizations and methods, interfaces, Solids and Surfaces). The association organizes two conferences every year on a chosen theme (CATIA V4, Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Digital Mock-Up)
