Limitation: When using the VoiceXML grammar element to specify an inline grammar, the xmlns attribute must be present. Depending upon the VoiceXML tooling product used to create your VoiceXML application, this may be done automatically by the tooling product or may have to be inserted by the application developer. If the xmlns attribute is missing, the application will receive an error.
