Please be aware that IBM sold ViaVoice in 2003 and all distribution functions passed to ScanSoft, now called Nuance (Link resides outside of ibm.com), at that time. At the time of sale, all channels between IBM and external customers were removed. Consistent with this policy, the packaging clearly states that support comes from the distributor of the product, Nuance (Link resides outside of ibm.com), not IBM.

If you have any complaints or problems in relation to the product the appropriate process is to deal directly with the distributor and not IBM.
