In a world where everyone is connected to everything, your organization’s infrastructure has no boundaries. Successful companies are doing business in motion. The challenge is managing and securing an infrastructure that connects an endless array of intelligent devices and sensors that are outside your control. Learn how to create a mobile enterprise -- fundamentally changing and creating new value for customer, supplier and employee interaction. In doing so, new data, transactions and analytics workloads provide value and insight with the peace of mind that the security and management discipline required are future ready.

Mobile has some unique challenges. You need to connect mobile employees, partners and customers to the back office systems, data and networks in a trusted and secure manner. You have to deliver timely mobile apps within a highly fragmented environment with multitudes of devices, platforms, and networks. You have faster, more iterative mobile development lifecycles. All the while, you need to engage mobile customers, partners and employees with richer, more connected mobile applications that let them take action whenever and wherever they are. Come see how you can take your enterprise mobile with a standards-based Mobile Application Platform that helps you develop, connect, manage and secure mobile apps with unmatched speed and agility

NBarchuk:
Mobile security requires taking a layered approach encompassing mobile device security, mobile app security, and mobile access security. This presentation will showcase not only the individual security solutions but also how an integrated security solution can be designed by incorporating mobile security intelligence to make an organization highly responsive to emerging threats and new user behavior. For each component of mobile security, we present our findings on threats and trends, identify best practices, as well as highlight the gaps that necessitate overlap of security solutions to guarantee secure coverage. The focus of mobile device security will be to have visibility and control across devices. For mobile app security, we present the framework of security by design that can be implemented at different stages in the app lifecycle. Mobile access security will address how to take a more granular view to avoid malicious or unauthorized access. We set out the value of mobile security intelligence for an enterprise to switch from the current reactive position to a proactive and highly responsive approach. A holistic mobile security solution will enable an organization to realize the business potential of mobile while mitigating the risks associated with increasing the threat surface area resulting from greater mobile adoption.
