Kees Eskes is teammanager bij a.s.r. – ICT. Vanuit deze rol is hij verantwoordelijk voor alle cross-platform activiteiten, waaronder Enterprise Systems Management en storage. Met bijna 40 jaar ervaring in vele functies en rollen heeft hij een brede kijk op ICT in de financiële dienstverlening.

Sander Klaasen is Senior Manager binnen Devoteam. Vanuit deze rol is hij verantwoordelijk voor alle klanten van Devoteam op het gebied van Business Service Monitoring. Met meer dan 15 jaar ervaring op het gebied van BSM en IBM Tivoli weet hij klanten te ondersteunen bij advies, implementatie en beheer vraagstukken.

Richard Bakker is an IT Specialist working in the IBM Rational team in Amsterdam. He is focused on improving the software delivery capabilities of organizations, with a focus on deploying tools to automate parts of development processes where appropriate.
He is a frequently asked speaker at congresses, universities and seminars on topics covering the whole delivery lifecycle.

Marcel KarmanMarcel is a senior Solution Architect who has a thorough knowledge of IBM's Tivoli software portfolio with respect to Integrated Service Management. He has over 15 years of experience in the IT-industry and likes the area where Business and IT collide.

Rob Pennock:
Rob works as a senior Software Architect in the IBM Software Group. His main expertise is Service Management & Cloud Computing. As an architect Rob is also knowledgeable on other topics such as Mobile, BPM and Security. Rob has over 23 years of experience in the IT-industry.

Ronald Velten

Sinds 2011 leidt Ronald Velten (1974) als CMO de marketing en communicatie van IBM in de Benelux. Hij is verantwoordelijk voor alle aspecten; van business planning tot marketingexecutie, en van interne communicatie tot corporate social responsibility. Hij heeft een grote interesse voor nieuwe marketingmogelijkheden en -technieken. Vanuit zijn heldere en soms wat confronterende visie op het marketingvak spreekt hij regelmatig over onderwerpen als marketingtransformatie, de alignment van sales en marketing, high-performance marketing en social media. Naast zijn functie bij IBM is hij voorzitter van de Esprix (de marketingprijs voor werk met impact) en bestuurslid van het expertiseplatform NIMA B2B.

Bart Bogaert, Ph.D. is the Business Development Executive for Cloud in IBM’s BeNeLux Innovation & Technology group. He focuses on delivering business value through business Innovation and Technology Innovation.

Prior to this role he was leading the Media & Entertainment sales practice in South-West Europe at IBM.

He is a ScrumAlliance Certified Scrum Master, and a frequently asked speaker about agility in software and other software engineering topics

Harry BolHarry has more than 30 years experience in IT. His main expertise is connectivity and middleware, with a special interest in the related security aspects. Harry joined IBM in 1995 and is a Client Technical Professional for WebSphere in the software group since 2006. Before joining IBM, Harry worked as an architect for Logica and as a researcher at the research lab of what is now called KPN.
