LANDP Demos
To help you learn how to get the most out of LANDP we have just released a set of demo LANDP applications. The demos aim to explore the configuration and use of a key LANDP server by presenting you with complete applications and explaining how they work. Detailed step-by-step how-to's, screenshots, source code and links to the LANDP manuals and included with each demo.
LANDP web lectures
The first LANDP Web Lecture entitled LANDP on Linux has been completed successfully, thank you to everyone who attended. The slides from the presentation are available to download as a Microsoft PowerPoint presentation. These include all the material covered in the Web Lecture with the accompanying speaker notes.
Updated practical tutorials
A new set of practical tutorials have been released. These include instructions on using the shared file server with ESVPCPRB, and how to use Java wrappers to write applications. To download these updated tutorials follow the link below.
Web site
LANDP library page
The library page on the LANDP web site has been updated. Separate pages are now provided for the white papers and the LANDP manuals, the new pages are all linked off the main library page. Any comments about this, or anything else to do with the web site, should be sent to LANDP@tw.ibm.com.
Web site finds a new home
LANDP no longer sits under Transaction Systems but under a new category named Networking. So from now on please use the new URL: www.ibm.com/software/network/landp.
We have taken this opportunity to rework some of the pages, and I hope you agree that the new structure and content will improve the overall usefulness of the site. Any comments should be sent to LANDP marketing.
