George Parapadakis is an ECM Business Value Advocate in the ECM segment team in the UK and is founder and leader of the ECM Strategic Innovation Council in the UK. His role is focused on supporting IBM customers in maximising the value from their investment in ECM technologies, and in providing insight into new market trends such as Enterprise 2.0 and Social Media technologies. Previously, George has specialised in the use of ECM technologies to support Risk & Compliance solutions. George holds a BSc (Honours) in Computing Science and an MSc in Interactive Systems Design. He sits on the management committee of Intellect UK’s Document Management Group and is certified as “ECM Practitioner” as well as being awarded the title of “Master of Information Technologies (MIT)” by AIIM. He is a frequent speaker in conferences and regular writing contributor in various industry publications.
Elana Anderson, an expert data-driven marketing, is responsible for developing product strategies and guiding product development and go-to-market activities for IBM's Unica portfolio of products. Prior to her current role, Anderson was vice president of products at Unica Corporation, acquired by IBM in October 2010. Anderson joined to Unica with nearly 20 years of marketing and technology consulting experience. Before joining Unica, Anderson served as vice president and research director of the marketing practice at Forrester Research. A highly regarded marketing technology expert, Anderson directed Forrester’s marketing practice while focusing her own research agenda on customer marketing strategy, relationship marketing, interactive marketing, customer analytics, and marketing technology. Prior to joining Forrester, Anderson spent nearly 15 years in various roles exclusively focused on marketing strategy and technology.
Since joining IBM in 1998, Jacques Pavlenyi has launched web-based data services to the chemical industry, marketed WebSphere products to SMBs, supported the telecom and M&E industries, and is currently market manager for IBM collaboration solutions.
