Lotus Foundations support options

Electronic support for Lotus Foundations software is now available through the IBM Support Portal. Select from the following links to access on-line support for Lotus Foundations software products and to access additional resources.

Manage my product list graphic
In the IBM Support Portal, the "Manage my product list" option on the left side of the page lets you add products to your list and display support content for those products. Using the "Manage my product list" link, you will find options to add products either by browsing product lists or by searching on product names.

If you are logged into the Support Portal (using the log-in option on the upper right of the Support Poprtal page), your product lists are stored with your IBM.com registration and your product list is available the next time you log in from any computer. If you are not logged in into the Support Portal, your product list is stored locally on your comupter and is available the next time you access the Support Portal from that specific machine.
